Terms & Conditions - KFH Visa Signature Credit Card (Charge) Cashback Campaign:

1. Visa Signature and Visa Infinite cards are under Tier black cards in KFH Rewards.
2. Tier Black cardholders will have cashback as one of the redemption options.
3. For Customer spends on nonparticipating merchants, Customers earn flat 1.5% as base earning with points from daily spending with unlimited with no cap as part of tier black scheme.
4. Any earn rate higher than 1.5% corresponding to earn table rates will be added as bonus points additionally every month. Ex. 3500 KD monthly local spend will earn 1.5% in a daily basis and remaining 4.5% will be credited to KFH Rewards account as bonus points following statement month.
5. Bonus KFH Rewards points will be credited to customer KFH Rewards balance by the beginning of the following statement month.
6. Earned Points from Participating merchants will not be calculated for Monthly Bonus points.
7. If a customer has another eligible card for KFH rewards in addition to visa signature or visa infinite cards, he will be able to redeem these card points for cashback redemption as well. Redeemed points will be credited to Card Statement in 7 business days as cashback.
8. If a customer has another eligible card for KFH rewards in addition to visa signature or visa infinite cards, monthly bonus points will not include these cards transactions.
9. Cardholders can earn up to 30% cashback points from Participating Merchants.
10. Customers should have an active Visa Infinite or Visa Signature Credit card to receive cashback.
11. If a customer has both Visa Signature and Visa Infinite cards, the redeemed cashback amount will be credited to Visa Infinite card.
12. KFH has the right to do campaigns only for specific times and seasons.
13. Customer should have minimum 20,000 KFH points (20 KD) to be able to convert his points to cashback.
14. Customer can redeem their points for other redemption option in KFH Rewards. The maximum cashback redemption amount for a customer is 1,500 KD within a calendar year.

Examples :

Example 1*: Only international Purchase

KD 5000 purchases done internationally (in non-KD) during the last monthly card statement period. Customers will earn Base and Bonus points. Total KFH Reward points earnings will be 255,000 points (Value of KD 255), split into Base and Bonus points as shown below.

1. Base Points – earned daily (75,000): For KD 5000 purchase, Base points earning is 75,000 KFH Reward points (KD 5000*15 points = 75000 points, value of 75 KD). These points can be earned without any upper limit (Unlimited).

1. Bonus Points – earned once a month (180,000): As per the earn table, Bonus points can be earned for a maximum of KD 4000 international purchases. For international purchases of KD 4000, as per the earn table, the applied earnings rate will be 4.5% (6% total earning - 1.5% base rate [as already earned as daily Base points] = 4.5%).   Bonus points earned will be 180,000 KFH Reward points (KD 4000*45 points = 180,000 points, value of KD 180).

Example 2*: International and Local Purchase

Total KD 7000 purchases. KD 3500 purchases were made locally (in KD) and 3500 internationally (in non-KD) during the last monthly card statement period. Customers will earn Base and Bonus points. Total KFH Reward points earnings will be 420,000 points (Value of KD 420), split into Base and Bonus points as shown below.

1. Base Points – earned daily (105,000):   For 7000 KD total purchases, Base points earning is 105,000 KFH Reward points (KD 7000*15 points = 105,000 points, Value of KD 105). These points can be earned without any upper limit (Unlimited).

1. Bonus Points – earned once a month (315,000):
   1. For international purchases of KD 3500, as per the earn table, the applied earnings rate will be 4.5% (6% total earning - 1.5% base rate [as already earned as daily Base points] = 4.5%).  For 3500 KD international purchases, bonus points earned will be 157,500 KFH Reward points (KD 3500*45 points = 157,500 points, value of KD 157.5)

1. For Local purchases of KD 3500, as per the earn table, the applied earnings rate will be 4.5% (6% total earning - 1.5% base rate [as already earned as daily Base points] = 4.5%).  For 3500 KD local purchases, bonus points earned will be 157,500 KFH Reward points (KD 3500*45 points = 157,500 points, value of KD 157.5)

Example 3*:  Only Local Purchase

KD 1100 purchases done Locally (in KD) during the last monthly card statement period. Customers will earn Base and Bonus points. Total KFH Reward points earnings will be 27,500 points (Value of KD 27.5), split into Base and Bonus points as shown below.

1. Base Points – earned daily (16,500):  For KD 1100 purchases, Base points earning is 16,500 KFH Reward points (KD 1100*15 points = 16,500 points, value of 16.5 KD). These points can be earned without any upper limit (Unlimited).

1. Bonus Points – earned once a month (11,000): For Local purchases of KD 1100, as per the earn table, the applied earnings rate will be 1% (2.5% total earning - 1.5% base rate [as already earned as daily Base points] = 1%).  For 1100 KD local purchases, bonus points earned will be 11,000 KFH Reward points (KD 1100*10 points = 11,000 points, value of KD 11)

The cashback will be credited to Card Statement in 7 business days after redemption.

5- What is the cashback earning rate on KD 4001+ of local spending?

1.5% is the rate for local and int’l cashback for over 4001 KD spending.Example: If a customer did 5000 KD local spend in a month, he will earn 4000*6% + 1000*1.5% = 255,000 Baitak Points (255 KD).

6- What’s the minimum amount for cashback redemption?

Customer should have a minimum of 20,000 Baitak Points to be able to convert points to cash.

7- Is there a maximum amount for cashback redemption amount?

Customers earn Baitak points unlimited without any cap. However, a customer can convert 1.5 million points (1,500 KD) Baitak points to cash in one year.
