Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has announced a cooperation and partnership agreement with the well-known LuLu Hypermarket chain, which operates multiple branches across the local market in Kuwait.

KFH Deputy General Manager Cards, Talal AlArbeed said: “As part of this collaboration, LuLu Hypermarket officially joined the list of merchants featured in the e-Marketplace section of the KFH Rewards Program during the past Ramadan. This enables members of the KFH Rewards Program to redeem their points for KD 5 LuLu Hypermarket vouchers, which can be used as a payment method at all LuLu branches across the country. The initiative reflects KFH’s commitment to providing its customers with top-tier benefits, enhancing the rewards program, and expanding its usage channels.”

AlArbeed added “In addition to point redemption for LuLu vouchers via the KFH Rewards e-Marketplace, KFH and LuLu Hypermarket will collaborate on special campaigns throughout the year, offering exclusive promotions and added-value benefits for KFH customers. These campaigns are designed to ensure a convenient and rewarding shopping experience.”

The agreement builds on an already successful relationship between the two entities. During the holy month of Ramadan, LuLu Hypermarket extended exclusive services to KFH Rewards members, including priority checkout through a Fast Track Lane, to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience during one of the busiest times of the year.

Members can redeem their points for shopping vouchers at partner stores, benefit from exclusive deals in the e-Marketplace, and use their points for booking flights, hotels, car rentals, or even transfer them to global loyalty and rewards programs affiliated with KFH Rewards.
