In line with the winding down process of Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad (KFHMB / the Bank) as announced in July 2024, we hereby inform you that the Bank will discontinue the following “Banking Services” effective 31 July 2026 (“Effective Date”): MEPS SAN, Direct Debit and JomPAY.

MEPS SAN

Enables cash withdrawals using KFH Debit Card-i at non-KFH Self-Service Terminals, including Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Smart Recycling Machines (SRMs) nationwide.

Direct Debit

Enables recurring payments through Standing Instructions (SI) to registered service providers such as ASTRO, COWAY, MAXIS etc.

JomPAY

Enables customers to pay bills securely and conveniently from any participating bank account.

You are advised to take the necessary arrangements prior to the Effective Date. KFHMB shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense suffered or incurred by you or any person, whether direct or indirect, pursuant to the above.
