SST and KFH ONLINE
Due to the Movement Control Order (MCO), kindly perform your banking transactions via our Self-service Terminals (SST) or KFH Online.
Over the counter services are only necessary if you are unable to perform using the earlier advised methods. This is to minimise physical interaction and promote social distancing during the MCO.
In-line with the reduced operating hours due to the Movement Control Order (MCO), cheques deposited after 2 pm will be processed the following working day.
Following KFH Malaysia’s earlier announcement, we are pleased to extend the automatic moratorium assistance to our retail financing customers in light of the current Covid-19 outbreak and the Movement Control Order.
