We would like to inform you Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad (KFH Malaysia/Bank) have decided to discontinue the KFH Safe Deposit Box–i service, effective from 21 March 2025.

In line with this decision, if your anniversary payment date is before 21 March 2025, KFH Malaysia will terminate the Service on the said date and release the Standing Instruction from your KFH account accordingly. As such and where applicable and permissible, we seek your cooperation in clearing the contents of your safe deposit box and returning the keys to your KFH Malaysia servicing branch by 20 March 2025. Please clear any outstanding payment including but not limited to the rental fees for the Safe Deposit Box-i, if any.
