- Conduct the Bank’s operations with honesty, integrity and professionalism
- Conduct oneself responsibly during and after working hours, including on social media
- Treat customers, business associates and fellow colleagues with respect. Communication must be courteous and respectful at all times.
- Behavior which is disrespectful, discriminatory or harassing in nature has no place in the work environment and will not be tolerated
- Endeavour to provide excellent service consistently while safeguarding the interest of customers as well the Bank
- Maintain confidentiality of customers’ and the Bank’s information, even after ceasing employment with KFH Malaysia
- Maintain security of KFH Malaysia’s property and data
- Avoid any personal activities and financial interest which may conflict with their commitment to effectively perform their jobs and declare any personal interest in any client business.
- The giving or receiving of gifts, services, finances, preferential treatment or anything else which may be construed as a bribe is strictly prohibited. This prohibition applies to employees and their family members.
- Report any unethical approach or violation of laws, regulations, or the bank’s policies
